Changes to SonicWALL's DOA Procedure
Effective from Monday 8th of March 2010, Dead On Arrival (DOA) responsibility is no longer in the hands of Resellers / Distribution. SonicWALL will take care of DOA handling directly, this means the replacement appliance will be shipped directly by SonicWALL and NOT by Resellers / Distribution.
